Samples can be requested via our website. These are dispatched using a standard courier or postal service. Please note that we do not specify “1st Class” or similar services, as our delivery arrangements may vary.

Returns Policy: If you wish to return goods, you must first notify us. Returns will only be accepted in original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. Our returns process is subject to the following charges:

·        A collection fee of £60

·        A restocking fee of 15% of the product value
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. Certain goods (such as bespoke orders or special sizes) may not be returnable—details will be confirmed at the point of sale.
