At Pukka Flooring, we’re committed to offering a delivery service that’s clear, fair, and designed around your needs. Whether you’re ordering a few samples or a full flooring package, we make sure the process is efficient and cost-effective.
Fair Delivery Pricing
- Orders from £1.00 – £1,000: Delivery from £60 per order
- Orders from £1,000 – £2,000: Delivery from £50 per order
- Orders over £2,000: Delivery from £40 per order
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over £3,000
- Nominated Day Delivery is available for an extra £25
- Choose a delivery day that suits you (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays)
- Deliveries available from as soon as 3–5 working days after your order is confirmed
- Delivery tracking details and a 3-hour time slot are shared by email and SMS the day before delivery (availability may vary with third-party couriers)
- We can store your order free of charge for up to 4 weeks — order now and schedule delivery when it works best for you
How Delivery Works
- Place Your Order: Select your preferred delivery date at checkout using our calendar tool.
- Confirmation: You’ll receive an email or SMS the day before your delivery with a 3-hour delivery window.
- Tracking: Monitor your order using our online tracking system. The driver will also contact you before arrival.
- Delivery Service: Deliveries are one-person, kerbside only. For larger or heavier items, assistance may be required. Please note, we deliver only to ground-floor locations with suitable access.
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM on your chosen day.
Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver across Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
- For the Channel Islands or international destinations, customers will need to arrange their own forwarding service.
Changing Your Delivery: You can update your delivery date or add special delivery instructions via our tracking page up until the day before your scheduled delivery.
Important to Know: If there are access restrictions that prevent us from completing delivery, or if no one is available to assist when required, a re-delivery charge may apply.
