Welcome to the website of Intu Blockchain Trading as Pukka Flooring . These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website or by phone/email. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We have made every effort to ensure the information and content of this website are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or price changes. All products are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and actual items may differ slightly in shade, tone, or finish. Unless otherwise stated, all products are delivered in packs or on pallets. All prices shown include VAT (unless otherwise specified).

Ordering
Orders may be placed via:
• Telephone (using the number provided on our website)
• Email
• Online through our website
All orders must be paid for in full before goods will be dispatched or ordered from our suppliers.
1. Delivery Information
1.1 General Delivery
• Standard delivery: 3 – 5 working days (may vary during busy periods/holidays)
• Delivery is kerbside only unless agreed otherwise
• Flats/restricted access: delivery to ground floor entrance only
• Customers must provide correct delivery details
1.2 Sample Deliveries
• Dispatched via standard postal/courier services (3 – 5 working days)
• If a sample is unavailable, available options will be sent
1.3 Pallet & Courier Deliveries
• Most flooring delivered on pallets or by one-man curb-side courier
• Assistance for heavy items must be pre-arranged; extra costs may apply
1.4 Delivery Restrictions
No delivery to certain offshore/remote locations (e.g., Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland)
1.5 Delivery Delays
• Delays may occur outside our control; no compensation for third-party courier delays
2. Returns & Refunds
• Returns subject to £60 collection charge + 15% re-stocking fee
• Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable
• Bespoke/made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty
• Faulty/damaged items: replacement or full refund at no extra charge
3. Order Cancellations
• Orders cancellable before dispatch for a full refund
• After dispatch, outward/return carriage costs apply
• Refused deliveries: customer liable for carriage costs
• Check dimensions & access before ordering
4. Damages / Shortages
• Note visible damage on the courier’s delivery note
• Report damages/shortages within 48 hours
• Consumer Rights Act 2015: right to reject faulty items within 30 days
5. Warranties
• Apply only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase
• Must maintain & clean floors with recommended products
• Not covered: misuse, negligence, improper fitting, fire, flood, unsuitable cleaning
• Wear and tear (scratches, dents, color changes) not covered
6. Limitations of Liability
• No liability for indirect losses (income loss, pre-booked fitters, consequential damages)
7. Governing Law
• Governed by the laws of England and Wales
• Disputes under the jurisdiction of English courts
