Refund Policy
We believe returning products should be as straightforward as ordering them. At Pukka Flooring, our goal is to keep things fair, simple, and stress-free, with no chasing couriers, no hidden fees, and no endless paperwork.
If you’d like to return something, we’ll arrange the collection directly from your location on a day that suits you best.
Our Returns Policy
- All returns are subject to a £60 collection charge plus a 15% re-stocking fee of the product value.
- These charges will be deducted from your refund.
- This applies to all returns unless goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, in which case our standard process under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 will apply.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Important Notes
- Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and securely packed.
- Any returned items that arrive in an unsuitable condition may be refused and sent back to you.
- Refunds will be processed at the purchase price, including sale items.
- The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and inspected at our warehouse.
A Helpful Tip
We always recommend keeping a spare box or two. Flooring can sometimes need replacing due to accidents or wear, and since our ranges update regularly, your chosen design or finish may not always be available in the future.
